Due to cost of cleaning cabins, all Cabins at Birch Forest Lodge require a 3 night minimum stay during any season we are open. If there is a 2 night gap between bookings we will allow a 2 night stay with an additional $50 cleaning fee. No single night stays allowed in cabins.
Friday and Saturday nights are considered weekend nights. Sunday through Thursday are weekday rates.
If you book 6 or 7 nights your reservation will be adjusted to a weekly rate.
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable less a $100 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled prior to January 1. If reservation is cancelled after January 1 then deposit is non-refundable.
Additional Persons in Cabins
Cabins at Birch Forest Lodge are priced per cabin up to the maximum occupancy. Check cabin details for occupancy number for each cabin. If total number of people in cabin exceed the max occupancy additional charges will apply. Price is $20 per night or $100 per week (per person) regardless of age of occupants.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in cabin 10.
Deposits
All reservations require a deposit. Deposits can be made with any major credit card. They can also be made by personal check, but must be received within 10 days of booking your reservation. Balance is paid upon check-in.
Check In/Check Out
Your vacation begins at 2 PM. Please NO early arrivals. We have very little time to get the resort ready for our new guests. Arrival prior to 2 PM will result in a $50 early-arrival fee per cabin. Check out is 8AM.
If you will be arriving late to the resort, we ask that you call us and let us know. This is particularly important if you have never been to Birch Forest Lodge before.
Early Departures
Renter is responsible for the entire reserved length of stay. Refunds are not given for bad weather.

Cabin 10 is our most modern 3 bedroom cabin. This large 3 bedroom cabin is handicap accessible, has wifi and is air conditioned! Equipped with all of the comforts of home you will enjoy a large kitchen complete with a dishwasher. Cabin features an open floor plan and a wonderful large bathroom. While this cabin is designed to be handicap accessible with a ramp to enter the cabin, wider doorways and a handicap accessible shower, this does NOT mean that it is limited to handicap only. This is a fantastic rental for any family. Bedroom 1 has 2 sets of bunk beds while bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds. There is a futon couch in the living room that folds down to provide an extra full size bed. This cabin sleeps 10 people.
All cabins are non-smoking and pet free. Cabin guests also have access to the canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards at no additional charge.
