*We require a week long stay with arrival on Saturday from Memorial Day weekend thru the first Saturday of August. If the unit isn’t booked 28 days prior to arrival date then we do allow 3 night stay. The rest of the season we require a 3 night stay.
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled prior to January 1. If reservation is cancelled after January 1 then deposit is non-refundable.
Additional Persons in Cabins
Cabins at Birch Forest Lodge are priced per cabin up to the maximum occupancy. Check cabin details for occupancy number for each cabin. If total number of people in cabin exceed the max occupancy additional charges will apply. Price is $20 per night or $100 per week (per person) regardless of age of occupants.

Deposits
All reservations require a deposit. Deposits can be made with any major credit card. They can also be made by personal check, but must be received within 10 days of booking your reservation. Balance is paid upon check-in.
Check In/Check Out
Your vacation begins at 2 PM. Please NO early arrivals. We have very little time to get the resort ready for our new guests. Arrival prior to 2 PM will result in a $50 early-arrival fee per cabin. Check out is 8AM.
If you will be arriving late to the resort, we ask that you call us and let us know. This is particularly important if you have never been to Birch Forest Lodge before.
Early Departures
Renter is responsible for the entire reserved length of stay. Refunds are not given for bad weather.

Newly remodeled, this very large 2 bedroom cabin has it all! Formerly a 3 bedroom cabin, the central bedroom has now been converted to a sitting room. The double bed has been replaced with a futon sofa. If you don’t need the extra bed, enjoy the sofa. If you have a larger group and need one more bed, the futon folds down to make one more double bed. Kitchen includes plenty of new oak cabinets and all new appliances including a dishwasher. This large two bedroom cabin also has central air! Cabin 2 boasts a new bathroom. Bedrooms 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has a single bed and a double bed. This cabin features a large central sitting room with a futon that folds down to make an additional double bed. Cabin 2 is our largest two bedroom cabin. The cabin sleeps up to 6 people.
Cabin 2 is rented on a 3 night minimum from May 13 through May 27. During our peak summer season, May 28 through August 12, Cabin 2 is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis. After August 13 cabin 2 is rented again on a 3 night minimum. Like all our cabins, if you stay for a week you only pay for 5 nights (two nights are free)!
All cabins are non-smoking cabins and pet free. As with all our cabins, cabin 2 guests have access to the canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards at no additional charge.
