*We require a week long stay with arrival on Saturday from Memorial Day weekend thru the first Saturday of August. If the unit isn’t booked 28 days prior to arrival date then we do allow 3 night stay. The rest of the season we require a 3 night stay.
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled prior to January 1. If reservation is cancelled after January 1 then deposit is non-refundable.
Additional Persons in Cabins
Cabins at Birch Forest Lodge are priced per cabin up to the maximum occupancy. Check cabin details for occupancy number for each cabin. If total number of people in cabin exceed the max occupancy additional charges will apply. Price is $20 per night or $100 per week (per person) regardless of age of occupants.

Deposits
All reservations require a deposit. Deposits can be made with any major credit card. They can also be made by personal check, but must be received within 10 days of booking your reservation. Balance is paid upon check-in.
Check In/Check Out
Your vacation begins at 2 PM. Please NO early arrivals. We have very little time to get the resort ready for our new guests. Arrival prior to 2 PM will result in a $50 early-arrival fee per cabin. Check out is 8AM.
If you will be arriving late to the resort, we ask that you call us and let us know. This is particularly important if you have never been to Birch Forest Lodge before.
Early Departures
Renter is responsible for the entire reserved length of stay. Refunds are not given for bad weather.

Cabin 10 is our most modern 3 bedroom cabin. This large 3 bedroom cabin is handicap accessible, has wifi and is air conditioned! Equipped with all of the comforts of home you will enjoy a large kitchen complete with a dishwasher. Cabin features an open floor plan and a wonderful large bathroom. While this cabin is designed to be handicap accessible with a ramp to enter the cabin, wider doorways and a handicap accessible shower, this does NOT mean that it is limited to handicap only. This is a fantastic rental for any family. Bedroom 1 has 2 sets of bunk beds while bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds. This cabin sleeps 8 people.
Cabin 10 is rented on a 3 night minimum during spring, late summer and fall seasons. During our Summer peak season cabin 10 is rented on weekly basis running from Saturday to Saturday. The 2022 Spring season will begin on Friday May 13 and runs till May 27. Summer season begins Memorial Day weekend on May 28th and runs till August 12. The late summer season starts on Saturday August 13 and ends on Sunday September 4. our fall pricing begins Monday Septeber 5 and will run till October 2nd.
All cabins are non-smoking and pet free. Cabin guests also have access to the canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards at no additional charge.
