*We require a week long stay with arrival on Saturday from Memorial Day weekend thru the first Saturday of August. If the unit isn’t booked 28 days prior to arrival date then we do allow 3 night stay. The rest of the season we require a 3 night stay.
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled prior to January 1. If reservation is cancelled after January 1 then deposit is non-refundable.
Additional Persons in Cabins
Cabins at Birch Forest Lodge are priced per cabin up to the maximum occupancy. Check cabin details for occupancy number for each cabin. If total number of people in cabin exceed the max occupancy additional charges will apply. Price is $20 per night or $100 per week (per person) regardless of age of occupants.

Deposits
All reservations require a deposit. Deposits can be made with any major credit card. They can also be made by personal check, but must be received within 10 days of booking your reservation. Balance is paid upon check-in.
Check In/Check Out
Your vacation begins at 2 PM. Please NO early arrivals. We have very little time to get the resort ready for our new guests. Arrival prior to 2 PM will result in a $50 early-arrival fee per cabin. Check out is 8AM.
If you will be arriving late to the resort, we ask that you call us and let us know. This is particularly important if you have never been to Birch Forest Lodge before.
Early Departures
Renter is responsible for the entire reserved length of stay. Refunds are not given for bad weather.

This large 3 bedroom cabin rental is newly remodeled with log siding and a beautiful knotty pine interior. Cabin 1 sits off the lake, but has large windows and enjoys a great view of Pelican Lake. The cabin features a spacious living area for those times when you want to relax indoors. This comfortable cabin offers some very nice amenities such as a dishwasher and air conditioning! Bedroom 1 has 1 queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds while bedroom 3 has 1 single and 1 double bed. Cabin 1 sleeps up to 7 people. The kitchen is complete with all new appliances including a dishwasher.
Cabin 1 is rented on a 3 night minimum during spring and fall seasons. During peak summer season cabin 1 is rented on weekly basis running from Saturday to Saturday. The Spring season begins on Friday May 13 and runs till May 27. Our peak Summer season begins Memorial Day weekend on May 28th and runs till August 12. The late summer season starts on August 13 and goes until Sunday September 4. Fall season starts on Monday September 5 and will run till October 2. Stay for a full week during any season and receive 2 nights free!
All cabins are non-smoking units and pet free. Cabin guests have access to the resort canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards at no additional charge.
