*We require a week long stay with arrival on Saturday from Memorial Day weekend thru the first Saturday of August. If the unit isn’t booked 28 days prior to arrival date then we do allow 3 night stay. The rest of the season we require a 3 night stay.
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled prior to January 1. If reservation is cancelled after January 1 then deposit is non-refundable.
Additional Persons in Cabins
Cabins at Birch Forest Lodge are priced per cabin up to the maximum occupancy. Check cabin details for occupancy number for each cabin. If total number of people in cabin exceed the max occupancy additional charges will apply. Price is $20 per night or $100 per week (per person) regardless of age of occupants.

Deposits
All reservations require a deposit. Deposits can be made with any major credit card. They can also be made by personal check, but must be received within 10 days of booking your reservation. Balance is paid upon check-in.
Check In/Check Out
Your vacation begins at 2 PM. Please NO early arrivals. We have very little time to get the resort ready for our new guests. Arrival prior to 2 PM will result in a $50 early-arrival fee per cabin. Check out is 8AM.
If you will be arriving late to the resort, we ask that you call us and let us know. This is particularly important if you have never been to Birch Forest Lodge before.
Early Departures
Renter is responsible for the entire reserved length of stay. Refunds are not given for bad weather.

Cabin 3 is one of our most popular cabins. This recently remodeled 2 bedroom cabin rental is right on the swimming beach! With our large playground just outside your door this cabin is perfect for families with children. The kitchen is complete with new oak cabinets. The living area has a glass patio door. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has 1 double and 1 single bed. There is a futon that folds down to make an additional double bed in the living room. Cabin 3 sleeps up to 7 people.
During our peak summer season cabin 3 is rented on weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Our 2022 season will start on May 13 with our spring rates until Friday May 27. Peak Summer season begins on Saturday May 28 and runs till August 12. Our late summer rate season begins on Saturday August 13 and ends on Sunday September 4. Fall season begins on Monday September 5th and runs till October 2nd. Cabin 3 is rented on a 3 night minimum the spring, late summer and fall seasons.
All cabins are non-smoking cabins and pet free. Guests have access to the resort canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards at no additional charge.
