Due to cost of cleaning cabins, all Cabins at Birch Forest Lodge require a 3 night minimum stay during any season we are open. If there is a 2 night gap between bookings we will allow a 2 night stay with an additional $50 cleaning fee. No single night stays allowed in cabins.
Friday and Saturday nights are considered weekend nights. Sunday through Thursday are weekday rates.
If you book 6 or 7 nights your reservation will be adjusted to a weekly rate.
Cancellations
Deposits are refundable less a $100 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled prior to January 1. If reservation is cancelled after January 1 then deposit is non-refundable.
Additional Persons in Cabins
Cabins at Birch Forest Lodge are priced per cabin up to the maximum occupancy. Check cabin details for occupancy number for each cabin. If total number of people in cabin exceed the max occupancy additional charges will apply. Price is $20 per night or $100 per week (per person) regardless of age of occupants.
Pets
No pets are allowed in cabin 4.
Deposits
All reservations require a deposit. Deposits can be made with any major credit card. They can also be made by personal check, but must be received within 10 days of booking your reservation. Balance is paid upon check-in.
Check In/Check Out
Your vacation begins at 2 PM. Please NO early arrivals. We have very little time to get the resort ready for our new guests. Arrival prior to 2 PM will result in a $50 early-arrival fee per cabin. Check out is 8AM.
If you will be arriving late to the resort, we ask that you call us and let us know. This is particularly important if you have never been to Birch Forest Lodge before.
Early Departures
Renter is responsible for the entire reserved length of stay. Refunds are not given for bad weather.

Cabin 4 is a cozy two bedroom cabin rental located right on the swimming beach! With the playground just outside your door this cabin is perfect for families with children. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two single beds. The main room has a futon which folds down for an additional full size bed. Cabin 4 sleeps up to 6 people. And with its excellent location on the beach, guests of cabin 4’s are sure to love the free access to our canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards.
All cabins are non-smoking and pet free.
